Concrete Repair

Concrete cancer is caused by rusted reinforcing from within the steel. As steel rusts it can expand up to 7 times its original size causing the surrounding concrete to be displaced. As the steel pushes the concrete away, more water gets to the steel expediting the process.

Concrete cancer should be treated immediately; it is a safety hazard and can cause greater structural deterioration.

Tanking

Duraseal waterproofers are tanking membrane specialists (underground waterproofing). We are highly experienced in the application to foundations and underground works. An assessment of the project will be undertaken, nothing all considerations i.e. type of condition and environment that the works are exposed to, will ensure the appropriate membrane is applied.
